How do I see orders older than 60 days?

EasyRoutes defaults to showing orders from up to 60 days, but you can change the number of days that we display orders for in your Settings.

Note: You may be asked for permission for accessing all of your orders if you installed EasyRoutes prior to this permission being a part of our current scope of permissions. (See Step 3)

Steps:

1. Go to EasyRoutes Settings -> General and scroll down to the Additional Options section
2. Select the number of days you desire to show from the "Show orders from the last:" dropdown

3. (Only for Legacy users): You may need to grant additional permissions if you haven't already done so by requesting them as per below, and then retrying steps 1-2.

4. Save your Settings and reload EasyRoutes.
