Why are there no items on a stop?

By default, EasyRoutes will try to associate a stop with unfulfilled items on a Shopify order and fall back to Fulfillments if there are no unfulfilled items that can be fulfilled. It's possible that an order does not have any items that can be fulfilled or existing fulfillments, and the stop will be shown with empty items ("0 items"). This is likely when all items in a stop are scheduled or on hold.

If you'd like to associate a stop with scheduled items, you can manually select which scheduled items you'd like to use by editing the stop. Read more in our fulfillments documentation.
